Description
The proposal for the new “Transformadors” building is characterized by the desire to turn it into a large showcase.ย From the street, you can see the activities that young people and the elderly in the neighborhood are pursuing on all floors of the building, even in the basement.
It is for this reason that a glazed building is proposed, with solar protections against the direct impact of the sun, with a serious and austere image, but modern and dynamic. A building that pays attention to the immediate surroundings and the position it occupies in the city.
Project
The structure of the floorplan of the building is designed as two longitudinal strips
A narrow strip (approx. 3.30 m) of service located on the south-west side of the site, where the stairs, the technical post, the lift, the warehouses and the services will be arranged.
And the other strip, wider (approx. 8.30 m), is where all the public areas of the program will be located, such as the lobby, classrooms, multipurpose room, etc.
