The facade is aligned to the Sant Pere stream, therefore, it is proposed to place the building occupying the first 11.67m, leaving the remaining space as patios, to move the rear facade away from the single-family homes located inside the block. The building is understood as a single linear block with a ground floor plus two floors, although it is occasionally perforated to achieve permeability between the Riera de Sant Pere and the interior of the block. Below the continuous roof there is a large space that functions as an entrance to the dwellings.
The access to the ground floor dwellings is through a porch that provides a certain amount of privacy and keeps the door away from the street. In the first floor we find the hall, the kitchen and the living room; in the second the three rooms, the bathroom, a service and a distributor are arranged. All the rooms are exterior, except for the bathroom and the service, which have forced ventilation. The houses have a terrace that overlooks the inner courtyard of the block. The common access for the dwellings is through the porch-door that connects Calle de la Riera de Sant Pere and the interior, where there is a nucleus made up of a staircase and an adapted elevator that connects the ground floor with the second floor, where there are the entrances of each house. These dwellings are also resolved with overlapping.
